A must-do in the Colchagua Valley is lunch beneath the vines in the heart of our Finca de Apalta. All of this is enhanced by the unmistakable touch of renowned chef Francis Mallmann and accompanied by an extensive Montes wine list, where you can choose from a range of vintages. The menu features meats, fish and vegetables cooked over various types of fire in the central dome of the restaurant, allowing guests to watch as each ingredient is grilled, smoked and baked to perfection.
