Guided Tour A guided tour of the Casa Ema facilities, beginning in our variety garden, where we explain the characteristics of our wine grapes, the history of Carmenere, and provide a brief overview of the Marselan variety. Next, we visit Cali Cata to discuss the soil profile and its influence on the fruit. We then move on to the winemaking cellar, where we share the vineyard's history and the enological production process. Finally, we conclude the tour in the tasting room for a wine tasting.

Lunch Upon completing the tour and tasting, guests proceed to the Casa Ema restaurant dining room to continue their experience with a three-course paired lunch.
