Ultra-Luxury Private Colchagua Wine Tour: the experience begins with a fully private visit to Viña Viu Manent, at its exclusive Espacio Manent, where heritage, architecture, and high-end wines come together in a unique historical setting. We then continue to Viña Montes for a premium lunch at Fuegos de Apalta, the iconic restaurant by Francis Mallmann, internationally recognized among the world’s finest. After lunch, we stop at the wine shop for select purchases and conclude at Viña Santa Cruz with a tasting of emblematic wines and the iconic cable car ride to Cerro del Chamán, a sacred hill where wine, history, and ancestral culture converge.
