We invite our visitors to experience an unparalleled journey through the historic Casa Don Melchor, meticulously preserved to reflect the splendor of the late 19th century. Guests can also explore the gardens designed by French landscaper Guillaume Renner and discover the impressive vaulted cellar where Don Melchor rests.
The Art of Blending invites you to enjoy an exclusive tasting of the seven parcels that make up the Don Melchor Vineyard, each contributing different depth and complexity to the balance and elegance of Don Melchor wine. Under the expert guidance of our sommelier, visitors will have the opportunity to create their own blend from these parcels, capturing the essence of Puente Alto’s terroir, home of our iconic Cabernet Sauvignon. This experience culminates with a tasting of the current Don Melchor vintage.
To conclude, visitors will have the opportunity to explore the Don Melchor Collection Room, a space where they can admire all vintages since its first vintage in 1987, discovering the history and greatness of this iconic wine.
