A shared experience designed to discover the history of one of the great icons of premium Cabernet Sauvignon: Don Melchor. In a limited-group format, it invites visitors to explore its legacy from its place of origin. Guests will journey through the historic heritage of Concha y Toro, visiting the iconic Casa Don Melchor and the gardens of Parque Concha y Toro, both declared National Historic Monuments in 1971.
Through a guided tasting, visitors will explore the expression of the Puente Alto vineyard through a meticulous selection of vineyard parcels and their blend, gaining insight into how each component contributes unique nuances and shapes the wine’s balance, complexity, and character.
The experience concludes with a tasting of the current Don Melchor vintage, paired with a selection of local cheeses, in a setting thoughtfully designed to appreciate its identity through excellence.
