SUSURROS BAJO LA PIEL EN ESPACIO DIANA - 28 NOVIEMBRE

" Whispers under the skin”

Director: Carlos René Méndez

Actresses: Daniela Molina and Bernardita Aguayo

Breaking the boundaries of traditional staging,” Whispers Under the Skin” proposes an immersive and passable format, it is a work composed of two scenic stories. Here, the spectator not only observes, but cohabits the intimacy of the characters, becoming a confidant of their revelations. By dissolving the distance with the actor, the experience provides a space for the audience that allows them to participate directly in the plot and perhaps make decisions that could change the course of the play. In the first story: “The Bed”, Jazmín transitions through old age from loneliness and pain. His tired body holds stories that were never told. In the midst of silence, he begins to dig into his most intimate memories, trying to rescue some luminous moment that justifies the journey traveled. The second story confronts us with a mature, rigorous and enigmatic woman. A specialized detective who has built her life between suspicion and risk. She faces the most challenging case of her career, investigates the facts of a violent event that involve her in an intimate and irreversible way. It's no longer about solving a crime, but about facing the cracks in your own story.

“Whispers Under the Skin” explores the secret layers of female experience, both women from seemingly opposing worlds, revealing the same invisible structure: guilt, silence, memory, eroticism, passion, fear and death. These are stories that don't scream... they whisper, and when they do, it's impossible to ignore them.
