This reserve is distinguished by the crystal clear river that gives it its name and its landscapes dominated by forests of ñire and coigüe. It is a perfect destination for ecotourism, with trails ideal for hiking and observing flora and fauna. The natural environment and the panoramic views offer a unique experience, especially in its striking waterfalls, of which the most popular is La Virgen, on the side of the road that connects Coyhaique with Puerto Aysén.
