La matronatación es una actividad acuática de estimulación temprana dirigida a bebés junto a su madre, padre o cuidador, cuyo objetivo no es enseñar a nadar formalmente, sino familiarizar al niño con el medio acuático, estimular su desarrollo psicomotor y fortalecer el vínculo afectivo. (edad infante: 1 a 4 años)
