MARINEROS: LANZAMIENTO EDICIÓN FÍSICA EP LA ESQUINA DE LOS SUEÑOS ROTOS - EN SALA SCD BELLAVISTA

MARINEROS PRESENTS THEIR NEW EP LA ESQUINA DE LOS SUEÑOS ROTOS LIVE AT SALA SCD BELLAVISTA

Next Saturday, October 17 at 8:00 p.m., Marineros will arrive at the SCD Bellavista Hall to offer a special concert that will mark a new milestone in the Chilean duo's career: the release of the physical CD edition of their EP The Corner of Broken Dreams. The release brings together two of Marineros's most recent songs: “What I Feel” and “The Corner of Broken Dreams”, pieces that continue to explore the sound and emotional universe that has characterized the duo throughout their career. The physical edition also represents a new way of bringing these songs closer to their followers, recovering the musical object as part of the listening and collecting experience. The concert will be presented in a duo format, with Soledad Puentes and Constanza Espina taking a deep dive into the Marineros discography and revisiting songs from their different stages. It will be an opportunity to encounter the band's repertoire from an especially close perspective, crossing their universe of dream pop, romanticism, nostalgia and emotional intensity. The presentation will also have an instance of meeting with the public: at the end of the concert, a record signing will take place in the hall of Sala SCD, where those who purchase the physical edition of the EP can share with Marineros and take their signed copy. With more than a decade of experience, Marineros has established itself as one of the most unique proposals on the Chilean independent scene, building its own language around dream pop and a profoundly romantic and cinematic sensibility. From O Marineros (2015) to In the Heat of a Sun That Just Died (2023), the duo has developed a discography marked by songs that explore desire, love, loss and intimacy.
