Taller de manera Formativa que tiene como finalidad aprender los aspectos básicos de este deporte y entretenernos. Es un deporte que trabaja fuerza, coordinación corporal y habilidades de respuesta de reacción. Recomendaciones: llevar guantes de box personales y llevar botella de agua para hidratarse. Edad: 13 a 18 Años.
