Este taller está enfocado en el trabajo físico localizado. Se realizará un calentamiento de baile entretenido, que es la parte aeróbica de la clase, para luego realizar ejercicios, en algunas ocasiones con implementos que son adaptables para todo tipo de niveles y edades.
