Vocal Laboratory- The Language and Your Voice

Did you know that your tongue can completely change the way your voice sounds? We often think that singing depends only on breathing and support. While both are fundamental, they are not the only factors involved in vocal production. The tongue takes up a large part of the vocal tract. Each change in position and coordination modifies the configuration of that space, directly influencing resonance, articulation, sound quality and vocal efficiency. Understanding these settings allows you to develop a freer, more stable and versatile voice, with less effort. In this workshop we will explore these relationships from a perspective based on voice science and contemporary vocal training.
