GRANDIOSA EN EL PARQUE CULTURAL DE VALPARAÍSO - 20 DE OCTUBRE
martes, 20 de octubre · 07:00 p. m. hrs
Parque Cultural de Valparaíso - Ex Cárcel, Valparaíso
About the event
GRANDIOSA is a piece of contemporary dance and performance inspired by Chile's flowery desert and Mexican popular culture. Under the direction and performance of stage artists Marco Ignacio Orellana (Chile) and Alejandro Chávez Flores (Mexico).
A physical, visual and sensory experience that builds a living cartography of Latin American dissent, where territory, identity and desire are in constant transformation. Between the arid and the exuberant, the intimate and the overflowing, “GRANDIOSA” speaks of that which refuses to disappear. Where it resists to flourish. The performances of this contemporary dance play are on Tuesday 20 and Wednesday 21 October at 19:00 hrs, at the Teatro del Parque Cultural de Valparaíso. The functions are suitable for people over 14 years old and general admission is $5,000.
