FILO CONTIGO: A NIGHTMARE ON ELM STREET (1984) — CINESPACIO EN LA CASONA, TALCA

Filo Contigo continues with A Nightmare on Elm Street (1984), by Wes Craven, the second classic in our mini cycle dedicated to the 80s slasher. Nancy and her friends begin to have nightmares involving a mysterious figure with a burnt face and a glove equipped with blades. Soon they will discover that what happens while they sleep can have very real consequences. With this film, Wes Craven took the slasher from the persecution of the everyday world to a territory where even sleeping can become a threat, giving rise to Freddy Krueger and one of the most recognizable sagas of popular horror. In addition, those who attend will receive a special fanzine as a gift.
