Druk

Druk is the theatrical adaptation of “Another Round”, a film that won an Oscar in 2020 for best screenplay, which shows the reunion of four friends, teachers from the same school, trapped in routine, wear and tear and the feeling that the best is over. During dinner, the protagonists come up with a theory as absurd as it is provocative: human beings would be born with a deficit of 0.5% of alcohol in their blood, and maintaining that level could improve performance and creativity. What begins as a controlled experiment soon spills over and pushes them to face the consequences of taking that idea too far. Based on the Oscar-winning film by Thomas Vinterberg and Tobias Lindholm.
