Room Policies

To fully enjoy your experience at the Teatro Universidad de Concepción, we invite you to consider the following recommendations:

• We suggest that you arrive at least 30 minutes early to facilitate an expedited entry and start the show promptly.
• Once the performance has started, access to the room will be made only during the breaks defined by the staff, in order to protect the artistic experience of all attendees.
• If you log in after the start of the show, the staff will be able to assign you an alternative location, so you may not be able to access your original seat.
• Have your ticket available when you sign in; you can submit it from your mobile phone.
• It is not allowed to enter or consume food or drinks inside the room.
• In order not to interrupt the experience of the audience and the artists, avoid taking photos or recording videos with flash during the performance.
• The recommended age for attending the Symphonic Season concerts is 7 years and older, unless otherwise indicated in the program.
