CONCIERTO LANZAMIENTO DISCO CRISS: METANOIA EN TEATRO MUNICIPAL DE CASABLANCA

Metanoia is Criss' first full-length album. By definition, metanoia is a process of transformation that changes the way a person is, thinks or lives. On this album, that concept stems from the experience of a toxic relationship: a process marked by manipulations, deceptions and lies that, little by little, can lead us to question ourselves, to lose our own essence and even to hit rock bottom. But Metanoia does not seek to remain solely in the unjust or painful of what she experienced. It also talks about looking inward and wondering what happened to me, why I allowed myself to get to the point of losing myself and what I can learn from all that. It is a journey through the fall, but also through healing. For learning to recognize what hurt us, to let go of what no longer belongs to us and to rediscover ourselves. Because transforming what we have experienced does not mean forgetting what happened, but rather learning from it in order to grow and not to lose ourselves in the same way. Metanoia is, finally, the story of coming back to me.
