CON LORCA EN EL CORAZÓN: ENTRE VIÑAS Y OLIVARES EN SALA MASTER

“With Lorca in the Heart: Between Vineyards and Olive Groves” links singing, dramaturgy and poetry, passing through rhythms and forms of the Chilean and Andalusian cultural tradition, and is conceived as an integral scenic homage to the figure and work of Federico García Lorca, one of the fundamental creators of the Spanish and universal culture of the 20th century.

The work is based on an original lyrical novel written by the poet and payador Hugo González Hernández. The music on stage will be provided by notable Chilean artists from different musical fields and will include traditional Andalusian songs compiled by Federico García Lorca; the interpretation of two pieces of flamenco guitar; musicalizations of the author's poems; and songs composed in homage to the poet from Granada. The music constantly dialogues with the spoken word and the stage action, generating a fluid and organic experience. The show will include Nano Stern; Romina Núñez, singer and percussionist; Hugo González Hernández himself; Pancho Miranda, singer; Carlos Ledermann, flamenco guitarist; Felipe Chávez, bandoneonist, and Mauro Dlugovitzky, pianist.
